Suncoast Lanai Cleaners provides quiet, poolsafe softwash services for residential and commercial outdoor spaces in the Florida Suncoast area. Our services include, but are not limited to:
Lanai & Pool Cage Softwash.
Cleaning of Outdoor Furniture (Frames & Cushions).
Slider Frames, Tracks, & Glass cleaning.
House Washes and Window cleaning.
Specialized "no drip" method for high-rise lanais and outdoor spaces.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
Quotes: We provide free estimates for our services.
Scope of Work: The final price and service scope will be detailed in the quote provided to you. We may adjust the final price if the actual conditions of the property differ significantly from the initial assessment.
The client agrees to:
Access: Ensure clear and safe access to the lanai, pool cage, and other areas to be serviced.
Property Preparation: Secure all valuable or fragile items, including removing personal items from the lanai or outdoor furniture before our crew arrives.
Pools: While we use poolsafe softwash and debris-free cleaning to keep pool water clear, the client acknowledges the inherent risks of cleaning around water and agrees to indemnify us for any pool or equipment issues not directly caused by gross negligence of our team.
Materials: All materials and content on the Suncoast Lanai Cleaners website are provided for informational purposes only.
Damages: We use gentle, non-abrasive softwash methods designed to protect paint, screens, and delicate glass. However, Suncoast Lanai Cleaners is not responsible for damage to property due to pre-existing conditions, deterioration, or faults (e.g., loose screens, cracked glass). Our liability for any service failure is strictly limited to the cost of the service provided.
Scheduling: We strive to keep appointments promptly. Appointment times may be subject to minor delays due to weather conditions or unforeseen service complexities.
Cancellation: Clients must notify us if they need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. By using our services, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
